Curiousity?

Heres something a little different, in relation to the culture of the Middle Eastern and Western cultures. Differences in attitudes are vast between the Islam based and christian based cultures. This highlights the attitudes towards woman. Looking at the subject out of context, the woman seems to be typically dressed in attire which would attract no more attention that anyone else walking down the street.

Yet the attention here is far greater than closer to home, why? Look closer, thats right her shoulders are uncovered, a scene rare in the south of Turkey.
